What we collect

This site collects only the information you choose to send us: the contents of the briefing-request form (name, organization, email, inquiry type, and message) and any email you send to a velatus.io address. We do not run analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or third-party cookies on this site.

How we use it

Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether and how we can engage with your organization, and maintain a record of our correspondence. Career submissions are used to evaluate candidacy. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who process it on our behalf (such as email hosting) or where disclosure is required by law or by U.S. government security requirements applicable to our business.

Retention

We retain inquiry and correspondence records for as long as they are relevant to an active or prospective business relationship, and career submissions for up to two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. We apply access controls consistent with the security practices of a defense contractor, but no transmission over the internet is guaranteed secure — do not submit sensitive or export-controlled technical information through this site.

Your choices

To review, correct, or delete information you have submitted, contact privacy@velatus.io. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law; we honor valid requests consistent with our legal obligations.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
